PrisTrak Purchase and Subscription Terms

1. Purchase Options

• Weekly subscription. Recurring premium access billed weekly. An eligible user may be shown a three-day free trial by the applicable store.
• Annual subscription. Recurring premium access billed annually.
• Lifetime access. A one-time non-consumable purchase that does not automatically renew.

Only the options displayed to you are available. Prices, taxes, currencies, benefits, and eligibility may vary by store and region. We do not hard-code those details here because the store confirmation presented before purchase controls.

2. Trial Eligibility and Conversion

The three-day free trial applies only when Apple App Store or Google Play shows it to you and confirms that you are eligible. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the trial converts to the weekly paid subscription at the price shown before you started it and then automatically renews weekly.

Store rules determine eligibility and whether a previously used or redeemed offer may be used again. If no trial appears in the store confirmation, the purchase begins as a paid subscription.

3. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Apple or Google charges the payment method associated with your store account when you confirm a purchase. Weekly and annual subscriptions automatically renew for another period unless you cancel through the purchasing store before the renewal time shown in your account. The store determines currency, taxes, billing timing, payment authorization, grace periods, and account holds.

Apple and Google receive your payment-card details. PrisTrak receives purchase identifiers, receipts or purchase tokens, product and storefront information, and entitlement, renewal, cancellation, or refund status needed to provide premium access. PrisTrak does not receive your full payment-card number.

4. Lifetime Access

Lifetime access is a one-time non-consumable purchase for the PrisTrak features identified as lifetime benefits on the purchase screen. “Lifetime” refers to the period during which PrisTrak continues to make those purchased features available as part of the Service; it is not an auto-renewing subscription or a promise that every current or future feature will be included forever.

We will honor mandatory consumer rights and applicable store rules if the Service is discontinued or the purchased functionality materially changes.

5. Restore Purchases

You can restore eligible purchases using PrisTrak's Restore Purchases control while signed into the same Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. A purchase cannot be transferred between Apple and Google store accounts. Contact support@pristrak.com if the store confirms an entitlement but PrisTrak does not restore it.

6. Price or Plan Changes

Any subscription price change is handled under the applicable store's rules, including required advance notice or consent. You may cancel before a change takes effect. We may change included features prospectively, but will not remove mandatory rights or misrepresent the benefits shown at purchase.

7. Cancellation

Cancel through the store used for purchase. Deleting PrisTrak or deleting your PrisTrak account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancellation generally stops future renewal while access continues through the already-paid period, subject to store rules and applicable law.

8. Refunds

Apple or Google processes and decides refund requests for purchases made through its store under platform rules and applicable law. PrisTrak cannot issue a store refund directly. An approved refund may end the corresponding premium or lifetime entitlement.

See the PrisTrak Refund Policy for request links. Nothing in these terms limits a non-waivable statutory refund, withdrawal, conformity, or consumer right.

9. Account Deletion

Before deleting your PrisTrak account, cancel any auto-renewing subscription in your store account if you do not want it to renew. Account deletion does not instruct Apple or Google to cancel, and store billing may continue independently. You may choose immediate account deletion even while a subscription remains active.
