PrisTrak Privacy Policy

1. Controller and Contact

Sagrathor L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al, Dubai, UAE, operates PrisTrak and is the controller of personal data described in this policy.

Privacy inquiries and rights requests may be sent to support@pristrak.com.

2. Data We Collect

• Account and support data. Account identifiers, authentication data, email address when provided, profile details, preferences, and messages you send to support.
• Item and collection data. Antique and collectible images you choose to capture or upload, related image metadata, identification requests and feedback, item details, collection records, saved items, and estimated-price history associated with your account.
• Marketplace data. Listing descriptions, images, asking prices, seller contact information, category and condition details, listing reports, and listing-management activity. PrisTrak does not operate marketplace checkout or collect payment-card details for physical-item transactions.
• Store-purchase data. Purchase identifiers and entitlement status, product identifier, receipt or purchase token, storefront, transaction dates, and refund or renewal status received from Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
• Device and usage data. Device and app identifiers, operating system, app version, language, time zone, network information, IP address, screens and features used, interaction events, session information, and notification preferences or tokens.
• Diagnostics. Crash reports, error logs, performance information, and related technical context used to identify and correct problems.
• Approximate location. We may infer a general location from an IP address for security, localization, and service operation. PrisTrak does not request device permission for precise location.

Camera and photo-library access occurs only after you use an image feature and grant the relevant device permission. You can change permissions in device settings.

3. How We Use Data

We use personal data to create and secure accounts; provide item identification, estimated-price context, collections, listings, search, subscriptions, and support; display seller contact information to interested users; verify and restore store purchases; send requested service and push notifications; prevent fraud and abuse; moderate listings; diagnose failures; analyze feature performance; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We may use submitted images, identification feedback, and item metadata to evaluate and improve matching quality and catalog accuracy. We do not use a private image for unrelated advertising.

4. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Users

• Contract. Processing necessary to provide requested PrisTrak features, maintain your account, verify purchases, and respond to support requests.
• Legitimate interests. Securing and improving PrisTrak, measuring performance, preventing fraud, moderating content, protecting users, and maintaining reliable records, balanced against your rights.
• Consent. Processing that depends on permission or choice, such as camera, photo-library, or notification access, where consent is the applicable basis.
• Legal obligation. Processing necessary to comply with law, lawful requests, accounting obligations, or consumer and privacy requirements.

5. How We Share Data

We share data only as needed with hosting, storage, database, image-processing, authentication, analytics, crash-reporting, remote-configuration, notification, communications, security, and support providers acting for us; with Apple or Google for purchase verification and store functions; with professional advisers and authorities where legally required; and in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

These providers may process data only for the contracted services and under their own legal obligations. PrisTrak does not receive full payment-card credentials from the app stores.

6. Marketplace Contact Information

The internal marketplace is a listing and seller-contact feature. When you publish a listing, its item information, images, asking price, and the seller contact information you provide may be visible to other PrisTrak users so they can contact you. Do not publish contact or personal information you do not want other users to receive.

Any payment, delivery, or other transaction data exchanged outside PrisTrak is handled directly by the users and is not collected through PrisTrak's marketplace service.

7. Retention and Account Deletion

We keep personal data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Retention depends on the data type, the account or listing lifecycle, security needs, dispute and complaint periods, and applicable legal obligations.

You may delete your account in PrisTrak under Settings > Delete Account or initiate an external request from our account-deletion page. Account deletion removes or de-identifies associated personal data, including user-generated content, subject to limited retention required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, rights enforcement, active disputes, and time-limited backup cycles. We will not use retained data for unrelated purposes.

Deleting your PrisTrak account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through the store to prevent future renewal.

8. International Transfers

PrisTrak and its providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and complain to a competent privacy authority. Email support@pristrak.com to exercise a right. We may verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where the law permits.

11. Children

PrisTrak is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Marketplace listings and seller contact features are for adults who can enter binding agreements. Contact us if you believe a child supplied personal data.

12. Cookies, SDKs, Analytics, and Notifications

Our website may use essential browser storage. The mobile app uses software development kits and similar technologies for Firebase-powered analytics, crash reporting, configuration, and messaging. These tools may process device, app, usage, diagnostic, and notification-token information as described above.

You can manage camera, photo-library, and notification permissions in device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

13. California Privacy Notice

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to receive equal service when exercising those rights, subject to exceptions. In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described in Section 2 and disclosed them for the business purposes described in Sections 3 and 5. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as PrisTrak, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy, update the date above, and provide additional notice when required.
