PrisTrak Subscription Cancellation Guide
Cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe.
Deleting PrisTrak is not cancellation
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription either. Cancel through the purchasing store before deleting your account if you do not want future renewal.
1. Apple App Store
Open Apple's subscription-management page while signed in to the Apple Account used for purchase, choose PrisTrak, and follow the cancellation instructions. If a cancellation button is not shown or an expiration message appears, the subscription may already be cancelled.

For an Apple free trial, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends if you do not want it to convert to a paid subscription.
2. Google Play
Open Google Play's subscription-management page while signed in to the Google Account used for purchase, select PrisTrak, and choose Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the app does not cancel.

3. What Happens After Cancellation
Cancellation stops automatic renewal. You generally keep premium access until the end of the paid billing period, unless the store or applicable law provides immediate cancellation or a refund. A trial remains available only until its cancellation or scheduled end under store rules.
A one-time lifetime non-consumable purchase does not renew, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
4. Cannot Find the Subscription?
Confirm which Apple or Google account received the purchase confirmation. PrisTrak cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf because the store controls the billing relationship. For help verifying a PrisTrak entitlement, email support@pristrak.com.
